Shri Tilak is an ACA (Member ship No :021673) of ICAI ,New Delhi in Nov 1981 and advanced to FCA in 1987 and since then continuously holding FCA of ICAI for the last nearly 36++years, holding very important positions in Govt, & PSU of the rank of Non- Cadre Addl. Secretary in Govt.,(Equivalent to Engineer-in Chief Cadre , the highest cadre in any state Govt) based at Hyderabad (Telangana State)
Besides the above, He is an Associate Member of ICMAI(ACMA-1982, M No: 5998) and Associate Member of ICSI (ACS-1989: M No :7449) with MBA,LL.B qualifications.Qualified in Pre-Ph.D exams (more than M.Phil qualification ) Osmania University,Hyderabad in year 1989. Also qualified in DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Controls &Audit- a one year full pledged Advanced IT audit Course- examination during December 2016 with 68% marks as against 50% pass marks, by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India- A statutory body of Government of India standing in No .2 position /Rank on all india basis)
I set up my public practice on 31-7 -2010 as Chartered Accountant, &Financial Consultant ,this being the 8 th year of his professional practice as Chartered Accountant with adequate complement (4 Nos)of qualified staff including engineer (M.Tech –Thermal Engineering), having net-working with Associates in the field.
His managerial experience-details are as under:
(a) Western Coalfields Ltd (Now ,known as South-Eastern Coalfields Ltd,- A Govt of India Enterprise) Dhanpuri Shadol Dt , Chattisgarah/ 1976-79,in accounts/audit/costing, materials managements Cost Accountant, for nearly 3 years
(b) AP State Financial Corporation, Hyderabad, for 1 4 years from 1979 to 1992 in Accounts/ concurrent & Internal Audit/Project Appraisals /company law matters etc as Senior Manager-finance (State Govt & IDBI owned Corporation)
(c) Andhra Pradesh Govt"s Secretariat in the Dept of Public Enterprise Management Board, as Adviser(Finance) In the rank of Non-cadre Joint. Secretary to Govt.
(d)As senior UGC scale professor & Director -Finance @ Institute of Public Enterprise OU Campus engaged in Consultancy,Research, Management Development & Training (including Senior IAS officers of the level up to Secretaries @ State Govts & Central Secretariat, Senior officers at PSUs etc) for 5 years.
(e) As Advisor -Finance in the State Govt of Combined AP (AP & Telangana States ) in the Public Enterprise Dept reviewing & monitoring the performance of 40 + public Enterprises in the State , directly working under the administrative control of Chief Minister of State.
(d) AP State Police Housing Corporation Hyderabad (State Govt owned) in accounts/finance /corporate affairs, legal, personnel & commercial matters as General Manager-Finance & Company Secretary from 3-9-1992 on wards in the rank of Non-cadre Addl. Secretary to Government.
His firm is a firm established during 2010 (31-07-2010), being the proprietor & Financial Consultant ,now active, brings with him rich experience in the matter of public sector Audit/Accounts/tax practices/procedures, concurrent /stock/Receivable audits /etc as Company Secretary & General Manager -Finance, accounts & audits both in state ¢ral sector units including Development Banking (AP State Financial Corporation),he himself held senior positions like Company Secretary & General manager-Finance in a state owned firm for long term.
