Please find below my job responsibilities and experience detail . I am presently working for Liebherr India Pvt Ltd where my job provides me exposure to do lot of things in a single working day. With regard to Spare Parts, responsible for sale target achievement of entire India. Preparation of Quotation, order acknowledgement, Proforma invoice. Execution of customer P/o & import parts from factories. Follow up for shipment, providing shipping documents /information to Logistics department to clear consignment from custom. Processing of GRN .Preparation of documents and arrange transportation for dispatch of consignments to PAN India customers. I am sound skilled in comparison and commercial Negotiation, Preparation of purchase order, approval process and submission to local vendor, Follow up with vendor till material and tools reaches at site /Warehouse.

Regarding to service I takes cares customer complains for maintenance and breakdown of machinery and plans service engineer to attend site to short- out the problem and reduce breakdown time to minimize forfeiture due to non-availability of machines .Issuing a Work order, Service report analysis, Checking of engineers expenses, Preparation of AMC invoice, are other related job performed by me . I am also having work exp. of 1.8 years as a service engineer in Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Where i performed the service and maintenance activities for heavy construction machinery.

I have excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to convey information in a clear but brief and professional manner.
