PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
• Good knowledge of project lifecycle starting from Bidding to Commissioning and Handover.
• Proficient in reviewing FEED, SOW & ITB to preparing Tender, MTO preparation, Cost estimation and Presentation to Management and Client submission.
• Able to lead a team of engineers, Project Scheduling, Supervision, Budgeting, Cash flow calculation, MTO Preparation, Reporting and Change order management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS (CONSTRUCTION, PRE-COMMISSIONING AND COMMISSIONING OF):
• Experienced in Logic test and Implementations SAT for DCS, ESD Systems and PLC in various manufacturer industrial distributed control systems (Triconex, Foxboro, Allen Bradley, Yokogowa & ABB).
• Experience in Calibration, Hook up, Erection, Testing, Loop checking and Commissioning of total instrumentation and control
• Experience in Installation, Calibration and Trouble shooting of all field instruments like Smart Transmitters (Honeywell, Rosemount, Yokogawa), Ultrasonic flow meters & level Meters.
• Attend FAT & IFAT for DCS systems, Tank Gauging system, Fire & Gas system, Oil monitoring system, Field Instruments (PT, FT, TT, LT and etc), Valves(MOV, Pneumatic Valves, Relief Valves and etc)
• Experience to Configure, Test and Commissioning of Motor Operated Valve MOV, Control Valve & Pneumatic On/Off valves - EMERSON, E&H, YOKOGOWA, ROTORK and etc
• Experienced in Industrial Communications (RS 232, RS 485, MODBUS, PROFIBUS, OPC, Wireless and etc
• Experience in Commissioning and Configure Parameters in Tank Gauging system (Radar & Servo Gauge) –HONEYWELL Enraf & E & H Tank vision
• Experience in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning of Compressor Control Systems- Elliott Compressor
• Experience in Configure VFD drives and Startup of HVAC system & Building Management System (BMS)
• Experience in Commissioning, Start up and Trouble shooting of 24t/hr coal fired boiler and 12t/hr Furnace oil boiler – THERMAX
• Experience in Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of LPG metering skid (Custody meter) – OVAL ASIA
• Experience in Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Fire & Gas system – HONEYWELL & SIEMENS
• Experience in Commissioning and Startup of ELV system (CCTV, PAGA, SACS & LAN)
• Troubleshooting and Modifications of Electrical Control wirings and Power wirings
• Good Knowledge in Programmable ladder &relay logic diagram sequence diagrams, loop wiring diagrams, instruments loop specification, cable layout drawings and indoor local and control room panel layouts.
• Testing and Commissioning of Heat Tracing (Tyco), Cathodic Protection (Corrpro)
• Good knowledge in Field instrument installation (According to P&ID, Hookup, Installation drawings)
• Good Knowledge in Construction activities (Panel Installation, Cable pulling, Tray/Ladder works, Supports etc)

ENGINEERING AND DOCUMENTATION SKILLS:
• Having good knowledge to understand the tender/ engineering feed documents (Technip, Fosterwheeler, etc) and system architectures.
• Familiar in SATORP (JERES,JERMS) and International standards (IEC,ANSI,API,IEEE,etc)
• Technical review and approval of Vendor documents to proceed procurement
• Review P&ID, Loop Drawings, Architecture , SLD , Instrument data sheets etc
