Over 12 year’s Draughtmanship experience, starting as a skilled draughtsman through to my current role as a CAD Manager within Mouchel Middle East.

Main responsibility includes overseeing the execution of all design and CAD works and coordinates works in other offices in the region in a professional, cost effective and timely manner in compliance with company's and or client's quality policies.

Assist and guide engineers and project managers with their design. manage, lead, and train the team of multi disciplined, multi-cultural CAD engineers and Technicians. Identify problems with the stations/software/hardware the terminals and the network and provide a solutions and resolve the situation at once.

The role also required the provision of highways design, CAD staff recruitment, performance and professional development related issues

As an additional responsibilities to my role, I have been asked to manage the Documentation Group for several projects and also to coordinate IT related issues as an IT support.

Further to my experience in Mouchel as a CAD manager have allowed me to broaden my knowledge in other aspects of design and business and enhance my overall contribution to the roles I have held and allowed me to develop further my leadership and team skills.
