I am Babu Joseph. I completed Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation. I have 13 year experience in Oil and Gas Industry. I have working experience is Construction and Commissioning of Offshore production and well platforms, Offshore Living Quarters, Offshore drilling units(Drill ship and Semi-submersible rig), LNG plant, LPG plants , Utility plant and Maintenance of Drill ships and Semi-submersible Rig. I have good knowledge in Field Instrumentation, Calibration and Testing of Instruments, Loop checking , Functional check, Testing and Commissioning of F&G system, Electrical Drive system Detailed Engineering, HAZARD area classification, SIL, , Communication system, Networking system, CCTV system, PLC logic, EDP, HIPPS, PSS, Sequence Control function and Interlock function system, ESD system and Fire & Gas System. I have done Hazardous area ATEX approved COMPEX Competency course.
