• Selection and evaluation of all service providers for the new office set up
• Marketing and local purchase for client requirement & negotiations

• Preparation of Annual Operation budget
• Tracking and controlling the facilities expenditure against the budget
• Tracking and completion of statutory compliance of the property
• Responsible for customer service activities like event management, Help desk operations

• Payment certification of the contractor bills.
• Maintenance charges invoice and collection tracking with the occupants
• Inventory management for the building to meet the repair & maintenance
