Due to my long experience which extended nearly 32 years in management, human resource, humanitarian Aids, training and educational fields in more than one country, I gained the skills of human resource management, training, total quality management, analyzing, evaluation, rectification, public relation, marketing and managing sales. I have recently refined this experience by obtaining a certification from IRCA (QMS Auditor / Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 . All above enabled me to build ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system through working with all departments and projects of the institution. Mastering the art of composing teams and improving its performance to make up this difference in the total performance of institution .
