• Primary role of supporting the Sector BUs with business research and analytics
• Handling day to day Research activities of target companies (Fortune 500 & 1000 Companies) of Internal CRM Tool (Salesforce & Sales Logix)
• Carrying out market intelligence study, competitive landscaping, company profiling, financial analysis and competitor analysis.
• Conduct secondary research through industry specific database and develop detailed analysis on target company and industry trends to generate critical insights.
• Maintain & Building Database on different technologies (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, CRM etc..) for different Market Regions (USA, Asia Pacific, Middle East, India)
• Account Mining / Mapping, Opportunity research with required IT services.
• Identifying high-potential Prospects and key decision-makers at prospect companies.
• Supporting Email Campaigning for Onsite Marketing Sales (USA, Middle East, Australia, South Africa)
• Analyzing and collecting the data from various search engines (LinkedIn, Jigsaw, Insideview, Rainking, OneSource, Hoovers, Avention,) identifying the competitors, creating the daily call report, monthly/quarterly and updating the dashboards. Internet Search, Excel templates, PowerPoint Presentations, evaluating requirements and analyzing potential opportunities for business through dedicated market research while increasing product knowledge and understanding vulnerabilities.
• Prepared reports and documents for the generated Lead on different technologies from Sales Team.
• Training & mentoring new joiners on research methodology and various databases and their application in the research work
• Mange assignments from internal clients, clearly setting up their expectations and managing the deliverables within the team.
