I am a marketing professional with fifteen years of core marketing strategy, operations, brand building and communications experience.
Enjoying a variety of working environs around my core Generic Marketing regime of branding, corporate communication, public relations, media relation, content management, direct marketing, ATL, BTL, service delivery and customer relations, I have loved to play key leadership roles in sales training, project management, retail operations, product development, channel development, footfall and lead generation, promotional tie-ups and IP rights management too.
A blend of my successful industrial explorations encompass printing & packaging, Interior designing, branding and event management, luxury retail, Gem & Jewellery.
Led a team of dedicated members in Episode, a design-led brand of Home ware, kitchen ware, table ware in silver, brass, copper, glass, towards achieving a cumulative growth of 800% in domestic retail revenue over a period of 5 years; Undertook expanding network of retail outlets to grow from 3 outlets in 2006 to 14 plush outlets in 2012, including 3 expansive stores in Delhi International Airport from 2010 till 2015.
Between 2013 and 2016, acquired and added several institutional customers, like, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Carlson Rezidor Hospitality, ICICI Securities, Hindustan Copper, Tech Mahindra, The New Indian Express Group, NDTV, Lixil Grohe India, Tupperware, besides, few private banks, IT firms and other renowned names in the corporate world, thereby making corporate sales of Episode an established channel of revenue for the company. In the same duration, dealer sales was also made to be recognised as a major source of revenue for Episode.
