Detail Engineering and Commissioning of Instrumentation & Control Systems like Yokogawa CS 3000/Centum VP, Prosafe RS ESD system, Allen Bradley3/10 ,Siemens S7 400/300, Project Coordination and Instrument Troubleshooting Functions.
Detail engineering for the plant modifications and revamping jobs such as specifying suitable instrumentation, datasheet preparation, procurement inspection and commissioning.
Detailing and procurement of various field instruments (Control valves, pressure, level, temperature and flow instruments) as per hazardous area classification.
Involved in PHA study and developed for proof testing procedure for safety interlock.FAT and SAT experience for various control system.
