 Considerable knowledge about PLC of Siemens S7-200, S7-300 & Allen Bradley Logic Pro-Simulator. And also knows Ladder Programming of S7-200, S7-300 & Allen Bradley SLC-500.
 Hands on experience with Operation & Maintenance activities.
 Ensuring maximum uptime and machine availability to customer by eliminating repeated errors & breakdowns.
 Involved in implementation of technical change in wind turbine generator for more efficiency.
 Planning for Preventive Maintenance as well as Breakdown Maintenance of Wind Turbine Generator.
 Expertise in implementing ISO 9001:2001 for Quality System Improvement , ISO 14001:2004 for Environment Safety Management, ISO 18001:2007 OHSAS (Occupation Health & Safety Assessment Series ).
 Use of PTW (Permit To Work) & LOTO system (Lock Out Tag Out).
 Preparing & sending Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS, Daily Generation & Breakdowns Report.
 Train all team members for trouble shooting & creating awareness regarding machine availability.
 To ensure availability of critical spares and consumables.
 To prepare & review daily generation report.
 To review records and logbooks on daily basis.
 Attaining customer visit and represent company strategy in front of them regarding machine & generation.
