1. Responsible for handling network/security support, problem management, managing network performance and proactively identifying issues before they become customer affecting.
2. Tech talk & trainings
3. Train and Mentor Technical Designers.
4. Customer interaction
5. HLD, MLD, LLD preparation & discussion.
6. Complex Solution Design.
7. Troubleshooting Enterprise LAN and WAN environment.
8. Ticket resolution.
9. Work with Telecommunication Service Providers for:
a. Circuit issues.
b. QoS Analysis & implementation.
c. BGP configurations.
10. Acting as SME & SPOC for certain Network products like QoS, BFD, DMVPN backup solution.
11. Assisting in creating Root Cause analysis (RCA).
12. Provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review calls.
