Electrical Engineer with overall 23 years of diversified experience in Projects & Maintenance of electrical system in petrochemical & fertilizer plants. Possessing vast depth of technical, commercial and managerial experience in multidisciplinary team within multinational environment in managing all types of electrical equipment such as generators, switchboards (air/gas insulated), transformers (50MVA), induction motors (6.9MW), synchronous motors (3MW), variable frequency drives (2MW), numerical relays, PLCs, UPS, Battery Chargers and fire alarm system.

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS
 Project Management
Successfully completed large scale projects from concept stage including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Participated in design review meetings and witnessed factory acceptance tests at manufacturer's / consultant’s places located in various countries such as Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Japan etc.

 Design & Engineering
Hands-on experience in design of electrical substations including finalization of SLD, layout & schematic drawings, equipment selection, associated automation (auto-manual bus transfer, inter-tripping, re-acceleration) and interfacing with SCADA/DCS.

Proficient in electrical design calculations such as network studies (short circuit, load flow & voltage drop calculations), cable/equipment sizing calculation, selection of protective relays and their coordination, selection of electrical equipment for hazardous areas.

 Electrical Maintenance
Effectively managed operation & maintenance of diesel power plant (14x 2270kVA, 6.6kV), electrical substations (132kV) and outdoor electrical equipment including planning, budgeting, cost control, spares management, scheduling, services and contracts for routine and shutdown maintenance.
