Expertise in Civil Projects related to Electrical High Voltage Substations up to 400kv with EPC Multinational Contractors/Consultants. Copiously experienced in execution of various type of projects like Industrial Buildings, Textile Mills, Paper Mills, Power sector, Sewage treatment plant, High rise Buildings and Different type of machinery foundations in Oil & Gas Industry.
Hands on exposure of working in multinational environment with people from Japan, Germens, British, France, Korea, Egypt and Arabia. Expertise in Improving Quality of Work and Cutting down the Cost in all aspects. Possess remarkable knowledge of Electrical substation civil construction work as well as Fire fighting systems, Deluge systems, Transformer foundations, HVAC related civil works and all related civil works for Electrical Substations. Outstanding, ability to direct a team of field engineers for project controls, quality assurance, craft supervision, material expediting, and all other project administration including planning, scheduling and purchase agreement administration.
Professional Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining Co-ordination with Clients, Subcontractors and other departments/ authorities for all construction related issues for the smooth execution of the project.
• In-charge for allocating work to Site Engineers, Quality Engineers and Store in charge
• Organizing weekly & monthly internal progress meetings at site with main contractors, subcontractors for all quality issues.
• Reviewing the progress of work and monitoring the job as per schedule.
• Effectively involved in preparing daily reports, weekly and Monthly progress reports
• Reporting to project manager/General manager for all construction related issues

• Responsible for checking bills, measurements and certification for payment & managing sub contractors.
• Maintaining correspondence with client, Main contractors and other authorities.
• In-charge for monitoring the execution of work as per project specification and Engineering reference documents.
• Effectively involved in Obtaining material approvals and other required approvals from client /Consultants
• Maintaining Co-ordination with Design Consultants, Vendors/Suppliers for all design related issues & with other departments like HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical for execution related issues.
• Conducting site inspection for all site civil activities.
• Maintaining all quality records like material approvals, Drawings and all documents as per QA/QC requirements
• Responsible for inspection of all civil activities as per inspection request raised by the contractors and approval of the work to contractors to proceed further activities and witnessing all the tests like compaction test for back filling and control the quality of concrete
• Issuing of NCR (Non conformation report) and site notes on behalf of client for quality related issues.
