Arnolfo Caoeng

I have been working in Oil & Gas industry since year 1991 up to June 06, 2013 performing maintenance and operations. From those years of experiences, I had been involved in many projects and modifications to the process plant and equipment, and played as a team member in the implementation, construction, installation, trouble shooting and repair, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, operations and maintenance. I was trained and worked at all levels from production operator through control room and instrumentation lead to stand in supervisor.
