Prepared NCRs, CSRs, CARs, QSRs, RFIs, FTRs and daily HSE reports for the tool meetings. Reviewed EDC Engineering Design Change, IFC and Red Line drawings. Experience in the Power, Petro-chemical, Oil & Gas refineries. Monitored audits for internal/external of the Boilers, Pressure Vessels, Pressure Piping, Process Piping, Safety Valves, Tanks, Columns, Heat Exchangers according to the Act, Regulations, CSA, NBIC, ASME, API, ABSA, TSSA, NFPA, SSCP, ISO Codes and Directives.

Managed, inspected, audited the installations, periodic, new construction, repairs, alterations, testing, review, approval of the new designs and registrations, incident investigations reports, NDE (PT, MT, UT, X-Ray, VT). Audited the ITPs, QA manuals, NCRs, procedures, techniques, drawings, PQR, WPS and WPQ in the Chemical Valley of Sarnia.

Supported ASME, NBBI Workshops, maintenance organizations and contractors. Reviewed reports from service companies on the safety valve services. Used proper Welding Procedures for the welding. Projects of more than 130 million amount were completed.
ASSISIANT ENGINEER Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd. Pakistan. 1988 - 1992

Assisted the Chief Engineer for high-pressure pipeline construction and fabrication works of 24”, 18”, 16” diameter, which included ROW, Stone Blasting, Trenching, Welding, ND examining, Air pressure testing, Coat and Wrap, Hydrostatic testing, Pig testing, Commissioning and Handing over to the Operation. Managed the Construction, Erection, Fabrication, Operation and Maintenance works of the high rise building for the HVAC, Co-generation system including Gas Turbines, Waste Heat Recovery Boilers and Absorption Chillers.


TRAINEE ENGINEER

Heavy Mechanical Complex. Pakistan. 1985 - 1988 Received training in different shops such as Fabrication shop, Machine shop, Non Ferrous shop, Forge shop, Production Planning Control Department and Design Department. Regarding the technical assistance required for the University Project of the Boiler design and fabrication according to ASME sec VIII div 1 and sec IX. Served in the Utilities section of the Plant for HVAC system, Compression chillers, Cooling towers, Air compressors, Water pumps, Ducting and Fans, Fire tube boilers, Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant.
