• Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.
• Preparation of technical presentations and proposals related to engineering sales
• Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price.
• Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification
• Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization
• Attending Techno- Commercial meetings and involve in price negotiation & project finalization.
• Negotiate & Finalize high value contracts and handover to Planning / Project Team.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly sales analysis report.
• Negotiate &assist main equipment & systems in order to get discounts.
• Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
