1.Monitoring & executing projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time over-runs to ensure timely execution of the projects.
2.Conducting cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies, assessment of the requirements, interface and commissioning.
3.Managing on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output: anchoring on-site erection & commissioning of plants and ensuring effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
4.Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates; reviewing contractor's change order proposals & submittal.
5.Planning material and developing vendors for obtaining timely procurement of materials & equipment’s at cost effective prices to ensure smooth execution of projects.
6.Organizing resources like staff, workers & materials, managing task & resource and preparing & approving accepted cost estimate.
7.Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational efficiency.
