I have administered the day to day activities of the Workshop department for servicing and maintenance of vehicles, heavy equipment, plant, machinery and tools as per projects requirement, in addition negotiating with client, government departments, agencies and utility authorities (ADM, ADDC, ADSSC, TRANSCO, ETISALAT, TRAFFIC ENGINEERING, ETC…) for obtaining necessary approvals and permits, attending to queries for balances/order status, resolving complaints to ensure optimal levels of service and long term business relations.
