- Experienced in handling/overseeing all types of architectural works/finishes (External/Facade & Internal) + fit-outs adopting the standard construction methods or practice in compliance with approved contract documents, project specifications, local and international codes and standards.
- Experienced in coordinating with all disciplines including fire and life safety and liaising with Contractor and fellow Consultant Engineers for timely resolving issues arising at site.
- With knowledge and training in construction safety for observance and implementation of safety at site.
