• Preparation of technical submittals/drawings/method statement/O&M manuals with respect to project requirements, requirements of authorities & Standard practices to submission to Client/Authorities.
• Coordinating on finalization of overall construction program, material procurement schedule, material & drawing submittal registers as per construction schedule with planning & Management team.
• Coordinating on finalization of execution procedures, QC requirements, HSE requirements, invoicing procedures and payments details with consultant/client.
• Attend design reviews, Progress and other meetings involving client/authorities/contractors/suppliers.
• Management of Site team to complete the work as per scope & meeting the Quality & time finalized in the construction program.
• Initiate, discuss and finalize technical difficulties/discrepancies of proposals with contractors and clients.
• Evaluation of client’s additional requirements & changes involved in scope of work.
• Coordinating & Managing of Inspectors with QC & Site team for ITR’s, MVR’s and Testing & Commissioning approvals.
• Liaising with all disciplines including structural, architectural, electro-mechanical and client management for any work interfacing and resolving any unexpected problem arising during construction.
