Key Performance areas:

• Responsible for providing engineering and sales support for all projects at pre & post sales periods.
• Handling various projects for obtaining Techno-commercial proposal from Hyundai.
• Timely coordination for post contract submittals & Approvals - (GAD, Technical submittals, statement of compliance and Samples).
• Attending site meetings (when applicable) to various requirements & alterations by client on specifications and for necessary approvals.
• Generating TDF (technical data file) for sending the request for quotation (RFQ) to Hyundai.
• Understand the products and provide technical support to the Sales team during design phase of projects
• Carryout Traffic Analysis, workout all necessary dimensions to support consultants during design and advise an appropriate solution in a professional and effective way.
• Study /Analyze all inquires / tenders regarding commercial and technical compliances.
• Effective Coordination with other departments (Installation, projects, Finance, safety etc.) to prepare all necessary information for TENDER Submittals.
