WORK EXPERIENCE
Presently working as Administration & Logistics Supervisor with Frigoglass East Africa Limited having the following responsibilities:
Managing logistics for the Ice Cold Merchandise from the various Frigoglass Plants to the respective customers across East and Central Africa, countries of origin being Greece, Indonesia, China, India, Romania, Turkey, South Africa, Dubai, Slovakia and the countries of destination being Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo( DRC), Ethiopia, Djibouti, South Sudan, Seychelles, Mauritius and Mayotte, mode of transport being sea, air and road
Preparation of the logistics tender documents
Vetting of the best shipping lines/ forwarders and clearing agents
Preparation of Logistics reports to management

Sales Administration based on the demand versus the capacities of the various Ice Cold Merchandise production plants through the Demand Planning System
Coordination and alignment within sales teams the volumes for budget, forecast and monthly outlooks
