Have been been a part of support project for a well-known product-based European client for the past 6 years.

Under it, have resolved issues and supporting user requests using ITSM in various Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules like Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO) and Inventory Management (INV) in Oracle Applications at a functional and technical level.
Have been supporting at the highest level of support, critical 24x7 On-Call support, for around 5 years now.
Earlier, the application used to have a major incident (MI) almost every week.
Under my support, it stabilized to only one major incident in three years, that too due to a human error.
Believe in simplifying things, and have found simpler and more efficient ways of getting things done. SQLs, PL/SQL blocks, Scripts, Macros, Regular Expressions, etc. all help in achieving these.
Managing expectations of multiple client personnel, while working with and coordinating with multiple supporting teams and their members, is a challenge completed successfully.
I participate actively in meetings to ensure specified agendas are met within the stipulated duration.
Enjoy working in Microsoft Office tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and Project.
Resolved 99 simple, 128 medium, 104 complex incidents/SRs and 17 extra billing SRs, along with implementing 24 changes, all in just 9 months.
Have been highly efficient, with a utilization of 142%, resulting in an extra profit of at least 44% for the company.
Hope to achieve similar results for new organization.

My notice period is of 90 days.
