As a QA QC Manager, your duty (but not limited to) would be to:
• Actively supports the Company’s commitment to Quality and its “Core Values”.
• Implement the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Implement procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection.
• Implement key metrics for monitoring the quality system effectiveness and to drive higher standards of quality execution
• Participate in internal and external quality audits as required

Year 1998 to year 2001):- .I am ISO 9001 certified (IRCA) and implemented ISO 9001 system in ABDUL GHANI EL AJOU SYSTEM starting from 1998. Provided accreditation to company for ISO 900x and worked as Quality system manager(QSM) having the team of auditors selected within the company. Worked as Management rep. (MR) to external audit agencies.

Prepared Quality policy, Quality manual and ISO related procedures in flow chart/ work instruction format since year 1998. ISO /QMS implemented to three sister companies of EL AJOU GROUP and at 22 branches within Saudi arabia, hence unified ISO procedures were developed. Conducted awareness sessions to staff to implement QMS. Periodic and surveillance Audits conducted to determine effectiveness of QMS, identify root cause, take corrective action and determine and implement preventive actions to enhance quality objectives, as a continuous process.

Year 2001 to year 2007:- At another employer NAHIL Computers (HP authorised reseller/service provider at Riyadh), worked as Quality system manager(QSM) having the team of auditors selected within the company. Worked as Management rep. (MR) to external audit agencies. Conducted internal audits with team of internal auditors and faced external audits in a MR role.

Year 2007 to year 2016 /till date (10 years approx.):- implemented schedule Q of Aramco and working as Aramco approved QA/QC manager.
