Anand Rathi, passed his Hotel Management in the year 2002, poses 15 years of rich and strong exposure in the Hospitality Sector, he is specialised into handling and managing Multi-Restaurant Business and Operations.

He has vast and extensive knowledge on pre-opening projects and managing them aggressively. Has worked with renowned chain of Hotels & Restaurant, to name a few J.W Marriott (Juhu) Mumbai, One & Only - Maldives, Mirah Hospitality, Club Mahindra etc.

Anand manages the entire business of the company which are not limited but related to managing the legal operating licenses, site evaluation, concept management, vendor management, staff recruitment, designing policies for the company and the supportive departments, banking, direct and in-direct marketing, P&L, daily operations supervision, clientele data-base management, project related works and man-management.

He oversees the operations and ensure that the company is on the line adhering to the set goals and budgets that has been formulated. Drives the business and steers it to the direction as envisaged by the founder of the company
