• Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterion such as percentage for rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms, etc.
• Managing logistics operations involving coordinating with companies and other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solutions
• Finalizing materials, establishing quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control and reducing wastage
• Following-up with vendors for timely deliveries, releasing schedules & quality checks
