Mr. Solaiman has 26 Years of extensive and comprehensive experience in Design, Supervision and Project management of all sizes and type of project. His experience extends to the management of fast track projects from inception to client hand over, he has been responsible for planning, organizing resources, design team co-ordination, specifications, budget and client liaison, as well as Consultant evaluation for client, Consultant works evaluation, Competition juror, Project brief development, and Project feasibility studies, as a Client’s representative. He has further experience of contractors claim assessments, site supervision and experience in both design / built and traditional type contracts.
