• Experience as a supervisor/senior inspection Engineer, plant/painting Inspection& Quality assurance for major On-shore and offshore construction for in Service Process Plant and New Constructed Projects of Petrochemical Industries, Oil & Gas Industries, Refineries and Offshore Installation.
• Review project feed proposals and design documents regarding material selection and mechanical integrity, perform shop and field inspections and review QA/QC documents, method statements etc. during project execution.




• Multi-discipline inspections during routine Operation and shut downs for Plants, Equipment’s, Cross country Pipe Lines, Process Piping and Tanks, Internal and external inspection of pressure vessels, towers/columns, drums, reactors, exchangers, furnace/heaters, piping, storage tanks and including welding activities in fabrication, erection, installation, hot tapping, shutdown, maintenance on well hook ups, flow lines, gathering stations, onshore pipelines, utility, process of LNG, GTL, Methanol and Petroleum products in Refinery, Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries.
• Experienced in Shut down and on stream inspection.
• Experienced with construction activities like welding, fabrication and erecting of piping, steel structure, pressure vessels and equipment’s with good Metallurgical and Mechanical background.
• Strong Knowledge about Quality Management systems (like ISO 9001), audits coordination, performing, scheduling and tracking.
• Strong Knowledge and familiar with International construction Codes and standards (ASME) especially ASME IX ,V,VIII Div.1 and ASME B Series and updated publishers and appendixes ,(API) especially 1104,570,510,580,579 ,(AWS D1.1) , BS, DIN ,ISO etc.
• High communication skills with all cultures, nationalities, positions, Dynamic.
• Leadership skills, team work and ability to work under pressure and solving problems and troubleshooting.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive & enthusiastic team member with good communication, responds well under pressure with a proven ability to liaise in a confident and articulate manner at all levels.
• Aware, familiar and compliant with safety requirements during construction activities.
• Reporting capabilities using tools like Microsoft Excel and assessment software, activities progress, scheduling software to communicate the status of the testing for the peers and the upper management.
