Amol Hajare

I introduce myself Amol Hajare from Amravati ( Mah) India and i had done M. Tech specialized in Surface coating. I am familiar with solvent borne, Water based, powder coatings, including Automotive sector, architecture filed, marine and refinish paints, with polymer synthesis, under guidance of Dr A. S. Sabnis from ICT(Institute of Chemical Technology), Mumbai. One year project (Part of this course) was on “Modifications of vegetable oils for surface coating application” , such as pre-polymer synthesis under supervision of Dr. A. S. Sabnis. I have got experience to work on DSC, TGA, FRIR, Brookfield Viscometer, Mechanical Scratch Hardness Tester, and Cone & Plate viscometer and all basic tests of Paint and Polymer.

I have completed B.Tech in chemical Technology (Oil and Paints ) with first class from UDCT Amravati and PG in Surface Coating Technology conducted ICT Mumbai with AIR1st in INDIA .

My areas of interest are Research and development, Quality Control , Process, oriented work in resin , paint, adhesive .Now I am working In JBF RAK LLC , RAS AL KHAIMAH UAE ,as a R&D Engineer In Coating Division of film Plant.I have developed transfer metalised coated film , uv ink printable film , tracing and drafting film , I am also working on silicon coating for release liner application. i also known inline as well as offline coatings for film applications , i have also familiar with masterbatches of polyester film , such as UV stabilized,Hydrolysis resistant , high shrink, easy fold retainable film.
