Plastic engineer from CIPET, Bhubaneswar (1989) having 25 years experience in different fields of plastic inductries (Blow moulding, Rotational moulding, Blown film, HDPE and uPVC pipe, Plastic recycling industries). I worked as unit head with professionally managed groups in India, Middle east and Africa. I have knowledge and experience with production, sales and marketing within the organization. I believe in team work and motivate the staff with regular meetings, training on the job and incentives to achieve the required production and quality. I play the role to co-ordinate with different departments within the group to satisfy the customer requirements and improve the market performances.
