I am a Chartered Accountant (CA) additionally qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) having extensive experience in risk-based internal auditing and process consulting in Business & IT.

In my previous role as Sr. Manager / Asst. Director with Ernst & Young (EY), I led the EY Global Internal Audit division at India providing strategic direction, general management, talent development and operational oversight for the internal audit function. I have also worked with the EY Risk Advisory India practice and provided industry-focused solutions through Integrated Auditing, SOX, Program Advisory / Project Management, Finance & Accounting reviews, Corporate Compliance, Risk Consulting and Process Improvement & Optimisation initiatives to help companies evaluate and enhance their enterprise risk management functions.

Prior to EY, as an Associate Sr. Manager with the Group Internal Audit of Colt Technology Services (at India/UK), I managed a diverse portfolio of internal audits and techno-commercial process reviews majorly covering: Billing Operations, Financial Reporting, Service Delivery and Datacentre maintenance across Europe and Asia.
