To monitor, coordinate and supervise site activities and sub contractors on a daily basis.
Highly experienced in using various project management tools for project scheduling, delegating responsibilities and collecting information, monitoring project progress.
Calculating Bill of Quantity (BOQ), scheduling the material procurement, monitoring the work load assigned.
Coordinate with MEP Staff, office staff, consultants, contractors and other personnel.
Attending regular progress meetings with client, putting up factual project conditions & shortcomings to achieve up milestones.
Executing the complete project construction activities like installation, testing, commissioning and billing according to work projections with quality in according to project specification within the designated time frame.
Site co-ordination with other MEP Services.
