My background includes working as HR and Recruitment within both Health care and Engineering environments. Most recently, I worked as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Officer at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group, where my responsibilities included handling the full life cycle of recruitment of medical professionals, Develop and implement recruitment strategies to full fill the approved manpower on time
Previously, I worked within two high-volume Construction and engineering firm for a major construction and an Oil & Gas and Power project. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to Develop and implement a strategic Human Resource Management and cost effective manpower plan and recruitment
In addition to this, I gained considerable experience in, HR policy & planning, Compensation & Benefits, employee relation, Disciplinary procedures, Onboarding procedures and much more related to HR & Admin works.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in MS Word, MS Excel and HRIS, Oracle and Taleo applications.
