Have been directly responsible for Container Terminal Operations, Information Technology, Statutory compliance and Port services.

My key contribution has been in formulation of Operational Procedures & work instructions related to Operations, recruitment & training, Implementation of Terminal Operating System and EDI, effective planning of day to day terminal activities, Process Improvement, Innovation, achieving operational efficiency by maintaining high safety standards, supporting business development, Contract Management etc.
