In my current role as a Cinema Manager at INOX Movies in Goa- India, I have been responsible for operations of the Cinema including planning and strategy, human resource, food and beverage management, customer satisfaction, cost control management, inventory and indent management, sales and marketing, technical support to team, safety and security management which when coupled with my enthusiasm and dedication and has helped the business to grow high and meet the goals and target.
