RESPONSIBILITIES:

PLANNING :-

Scheduling: Development of Base Line Schedule & Project Schedule using Planning Software, MS-Projects 2010.
Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule to client update with progress report of individual project by providing as desired by the client.
Planning for overall Execution of Project, Design, Procurement, Quality Management and Technical Services also Resolving technical issues of Projects, Design Engineering, Proposals and Production within the company.
Aligning project work scope with company structured Work Breakedown Structure & Inventory Monitoring.
Complete Manufacturing of Deaerator and Storage tank at our workshop also All over responsibilities form start to end like Planning, Execution, Procurement, and Production & Dispatch Payments at Our End.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:-

Execution of the Project and Expediting at different stages.
Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
Tracking Master Project Schedule, preparing Progress Reports showing monthly/weekly progress for Client & Internal review.
Coordinating with various departments like Design, Procurement, Contracts and Finance.
Reviewing tender from Planning and Commercial point of view, negotiating and Coordinating with Client, Contractor and Vendors.
Preparation, Publishing MIS Report & Cost Optimization by Post Project Costing.
