I'm particularly interested in this position, which relates strongly to my nearly 12 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Team Management.

Having worked as Warehouse In-charge / Material Controller with MNC like Dodsal Group, Punj Lloyd Group, Kharafi National & Al Traifi in Middle East & Kazakhstan. I believe I meet all the essential criteria for the position. A summary of my experience and key accomplishments includes the following:

· Holds the credit of being recognized for increasing in-plant capability by implementing & controlling the Warehouse Team without problems during the peak period of projects; appreciated for the same by project management as well as HSE Department

· Successfully streamlined warehouse processes through measures such as managing computer operations & paper work and helping warehouse members with this task (when required)

· Effective leader with excellent motivational skills to sustain growth momentum while motivating peak individual performances


I am now looking to take up roles in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Team Management in companies preferably in Oil & Gas sector. Of particular interest to me would be positions in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and Team Management.

As Warehouse Manager at Punj Lloyd Kazakhstan & U.A.E, Kharafi National and Al-Traifi I supervised a team of 15-20 staffs and am responsible for training, instructing and supervising. Many of my staff members are young and inexperienced so it is vital that I provide comprehensive training, maintain motivation levels and offer plenty of feedback, especially in regards to safety hazards.


In addition, I am a highly organised person, with strong time management, decision-making and problem-solving skills. In my my previous position my role involves balancing many responsibilities, including maintaining stock levels and providing on-floor customer service, in addition to staff management. I am required to prioritize tasks and ensure that the warehouse is running smoothly at all times.

With a strong commitment to the safety of my sites and teams, I have been nominated as a member of the safety committee in a number of my roles. I have in-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and always follow Workplace Health and Safety.
