Having 21 years of kitchen experience in Philippines and Multinational hotspot Dubai and Abu Dhabi, has given me a considerable background with the knowledge of Asian, International, Western, Arabic and French Cuisine. I did a Pre-opening restaurant in different location. I have knowledge in menu engineering at reduce cost without compromising on quality and taste. I have been work with star Chef throughout my career who have coached me and really broadened my skills and insights in preparing quality food and presentation. I can handle the pressure environments involved and am constantly tested on my ability to efficiently create the standard of great tasting dishes for high volumes in a stipulated time. As a mentor I enjoy the constant pressure of managing a team of chefs and cooks and being fully responsible for organizing and conducting appropriate training for them to improve their knowledge, confidence, productivity and their ability to handle their area of responsibility. I am at a stage now in my career at which I am fully confident to run a restaurant and be responsible for all aspects of the business associated with fashion and dedication.
