My career has led me to earn increasing experience in the management of complex multi-cultural projects within oil & gas and construction industry environments. I actually work for an EPC company as Lead Cost Controller, leading a group of resources under my responsibility. My professional path includes previous experience in Project Controlling and Contract Administration. All of this experiences allowed me to develop expertise and tools to administer the day-to-day costs of an organization and to provide solutions to keep the costs in control while maintaining high levels of quality in all the processes of business
