I have recently delivered the operation and project delivery of 27 fully redundant IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) for healthcare worth $25M per month by standing up and coordinating the Service Delivery and operation of these redundant services: Service Management, Desk, Backup and restoration, Storage, Virtualization, Wintel, UNIX, Load Balancing, Network administration, VPN, Database Administration, Information Security, etc. These services were deployed to support an IT infrastructure worth $80M located in two tier III datacenters with approximately 50 support teams across the globe providing services to an employee base of approximately 1,200 employees.
