* More than 27 years’ experience in execution of Large Scale Projects.
* Initiating, Planning, Execution, Control & Monitoring, Closing of the projects based on the PMBOK Guide 5th Edition.
* Communication and Integration of the projects phases during project life cycle.
* Cost control, Resource leveling, Fast Tracking & Crushing of the projects according to Primavera project planner,P6 v.7.
* Preparing progress reports, correspondents, payment certificates, monthly Invoices, cost analysis and review of shop drawings for projects and various other duties for connecting sites, also handing over the projects with Authorities (D.M., Trakhees/Nakheel, Civil Defense and DEWA.,,,).
* Discussing & solving all the projects difficulties in technical Meeting with client, consultant and subcontractors.
* Follow up the coordination of MEP works and other subcontractors.
* Studying of the contracts, specifications, agreements, variations, claims and Value Engineering using FIDIC, Red Book, 1999.
* Knowledge of computerized analysis, design and schedule.
* Knowledge of Green Building Concept & Regulations.
