MBA from IIPM, Delhi with 8+ years of overall experience with Idea Cellular Ltd., Tata Tele Services Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB). Currently, working as a Territory Sales Manager with Idea Cellular Ltd, managing prepaid distribution to Mass Retail Market in Mohali. I have a rich exposure of channel management & distribution across various geographies. I was part of the team which launched Tata Docomo in Rajasthan & further launched HUB & SPOKE distribution model. During the integration of Tata Indicom & Tata Docomo, I successfully integrated distribution of both in my area resulting in smooth transition of business.
Earlier in SCB, I was working as a Relationship Manager in retail liabilities vertical, handling business from High Net-worth Individuals.
In last 8 years, I’ve had fair share of experience in retail sales & channel management across different demography & geographies – well established knowledge of general trade through people management. Numerous times given challenging roles within channel management to establish or re-establish a specified territory.
