Can handle following duties in current organisation:
1. Both Direct as well Indirect Taxes, right from Liability working till return submission.
2. Employees Statutory payments (PF, PT, ESIC) & Return submission.
3. ROC documentation of company (Minutes, Directors, arranging AGM, and ROC submission)
4. General Accounting (CN, DN,) verification of general ledgers.
5. Verification of Payroll records.
6. Co-ordination with Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors for Audit Programe and solving queries raised.
7. Preparation of Budgetory records of the company and analysis of the same.
8. Working with Accounts Manager in Finalisation of Accounts.
