Worked in various progressive positions in Quality domain in Cummins Group . Have rich experience of quality systems development , supplier quality assurance & improvement , engine quality assurance , product quality assurance , internal quality system audit and imparting training on quality system .

My expertise includes , but is not limited to , quality planning, execution of plans , driving improvements , product / process / system audits . Have done phenomenal work on process & systems improvements and developed many paperless systems including all aspects of quality assurance of incoming materials , entire system for handling customer complaints & so on . Was Designated Representative , Quality Systems for Quality , for the period 2005 to 2013 . Facilitated training programs on quality . Developed my own module on Internal Auditor Training as a part of cost saving and facilitated the same .
