I hereby put forward my candidature for the post of Farm Manager in your reputed organization for your perusal. I am M. Sc .Ag.(Horticulture) and having altogether around 16 years of working experiences in different fields of Agribusiness mostly in Flowers , Vegetables and in Seeds Industry .I have grown all these crops on plantation level(Large scale for the Contract Farming) to Green house level with fully to semi Automation system. I have on hand experience in Farming , Fertigation, Labors management, crop management and cost and budgeting.

Special Skill Achieved :-
o Crop Management – Have the capability and Expertise in growing – Vegetables, Fruits and Flowers and Cereals crops in a Scientific, modern and Commercial ways , from Micro level to the Large scale .
o Irrigation- Have worked with all sorts of Irrigation systems including Drip, Sprinkler, Mist and Foggers systems.
o Nursery Management – Have the Experience of growing and managing Nursery of Plantation crops, Vegetables crops and Flowers.
o Contract Farming/ Seeds production –Have the ability to interact , organize and develop the area for the Contract farming for the Horticulture as well as cereals.
o Green House management – Can manage the crops under controlled climatic conditions from Shade house to Poly house with Wooden Green house to Ritchel green houses with fully to semi automated Green house climate control, Fertigation system.
o Farm / Labors management – Have the experience of handling un-organized sector labors to Organized sector labors, with different trade Unions.
o Can organize , motivate , analyze and extract maximum output from minimum work force at any working conditions with maximum involvement and dedication .
o Budgeting and Cost control - Can plan the project with available resources from budget to the Market . Can analyze the cost benefit ratio and plan to maximize the output from within the resources .
o Certifications -Compliance criteria development for various Certifications viz. Global GAP, MPS , Fair-trade ,Kaizen ,TPM etc.
Business attitude – Can work in any working conditions from Proprietor to Corporate culture at National to Overseas level .
