I have total work experience of 6.5 Years as a Mechanical Engineer (static equipment & Packages) for Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon, Chemical & Fertilizer sectors.

I have working experience for Air Fin Coolers, Pressure Vessels, S&T-Heat Exchangers, Graphite Heat Exchangers, Plate Heat Exchangers, Cooling Towers, PESO Approved Vessels as per IS-2825, Internal Floating Roof Tanks, Air Compressor & Air Dryer Package, Nitrogen Generation Package, Vacuum Ejector Systems, Scrubber Systems, Static Mixers, Side Stream Filters, Sparkler & Candle Filters & Fired Heater for various FEED, proposal & detailed engineering projects.

Major activities include study of Invitation To Bid (ITB), preparation & issue of Technical Queries (TQ) to client, preparation & issue of Material Requisition (MR), in-house thermal & mechanical design on HTRI, PV-Elite, Aspen & various reputed vendor’s based software, issue of preliminary civil & electrical loads and preliminary plots requirement, review of vendor offers, preparation & issue of Technical Queries (TQ) to vendors, conducting vendor’s meeting, preparation & issue of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) to client, review of vendor documents & drawings. Most important is the interfacing with all functional disciplines, vendors & client at various stages of the project and assistance in shop run-in test, site erection & commissioning activities.

Additionally, I also have experience of cost estimation and tendering of Air Fin Coolers. I have familiarity with other static equipments & packages like flare packages, WHRU & HRSG packages.

I have exposure to do the thermal & mechanical design of Air Fin Coolers & Heat Exchangers (as EPC & PMC) for many world class clients i.e. PDO, KNPC, IOCL, ONGC, ERC, NSRPC, Saudi Aramco, Shell, ADGAS and Petro Rabic etc. I also have exposure to work with number of leading consultants & licensors like Axens, Jacobs, UOP, Foster Wheeler, Fluor, Worley Parsons and EIL etc. during the course of my work.
