Have extensive experience of leading projects from front end development through to execution in the oil, gas & petrochemical industry. Full command over the entire capital project lifecycle from concept development to project start up, including front end development, FEED & engineering, construction & contracting strategies, external stakeholder management as well as health & safety management. Delivered projects ranging from small portfolios of a few million to mega frontier projects of several billion USD, across all categories from Greenfield, Brownfield to complex Revamps including the development of oil & gas fields, refinery & petrochemical complex expansions/revamps & marine export terminals for petrochemicals products.
