My technical background includes more than 20 years experience in the field of GIS and GIS
programming. I have successfully developed a number of GIS tools including server and desktop
applications. Further, I have managed and integrated the development of many GIS applications. Most
recently, with a team of 3 engineers in 6 months using freeware tools, I managed the development of
“Flight Route Ground Validations” web tool for UnitedATS.
In addition to my experience, I hold a M.Sc. degree in GIS development (Off-road Least Cost Path
Algorithms based on Terrain and Land Characteristics for Land Navigation) and a B.Sc. degree in
Electrical Engineering.
