During my work I have managed various types of matters and transactional work related to corporate/commercial law, real estate law, administrative law, labor law.
My in-depth knowledge of general law and specific adeptness in corporate rules, regulations and guidelines gives me a unique edge from which I can add value to your business.
My key skills include civil/corporate law, regulatory and legal affairs, litigation, agreements drafting, legal documentation, and legal advice.
My experience within Corporate Governance includes but is not limited to advising in relation to:
1- Board of Directors: requirements in relation to membership and composition, meetings, chairman, director duties, committees, remuneration, conflicts of interest.
2- Management and delegation of duties.
3- Shareholder rights. Administrative requirements.
I have Strong personality and ability to work under the pressure of deadlines in a stressful environment; I also have excellent presentation skills, in addition an ability to work independently and as a part of a team and improve the standards of productivity.
